For work I am interested in how do people actually acquire and apply knowledge in work, and how can we
build performance support.
Methodologically I use the EnABLE method and the 5 Moments of Need framework.

iOS diary that pairs symptoms with what you take in — meals, drinks, medication, supplements. Surfaces ingredient patterns as candidates for a clinician conversation, never as diagnoses. A native macOS calendar that shows all twelve months at once, based on Nick Milo's Linear Calendar idea — put what matters on the year before everything else fills it up. Milestones, Apple Calendar, a calendar-load heat map, and an optional bring-your-own-key AI assistant. Open source, local-first, optional iCloud sync.

A macOS workbench for organizing, scoring and serving context to AI agents. Collect sources, assemble curated snapshots with a token budget, see quality scores before any agent reads a word — then serve it all over MCP to clients like Claude Desktop.
