Practically it means small solutions and tools that solve
specific problems deeply before they try to solve anything generic.

iOS diary that pairs symptoms with what you take in — meals, drinks, medication, supplements. Surfaces ingredient patterns as candidates for a clinician conversation, never as diagnoses. Built around honesty over engagement: local-first, optional iCloud sync, no analytics, no streak mechanics. SwiftData, SwiftUI, Swift Charts. Norwegian-first; built for the Scandinavian market. Designed with the Irrational Labs 3B framework.
