Trond Kristiansen
I build small tools for myself, family and friends, sometimes at the intersection of learning, performance support, and applied AI.
What I work on
I enjoy making small apps for myself, family, friends and for fun to make life better.
For work I am interested in how people learn and perform, how they acquire, use and develop knowledge in their practice, and how to best support them while they work.

-
Buzz Guide
My end-user documentation for Buzz, Block's app where people and AI agents work together in the same chat. Thirty task guides across six phases: get set up, build your agent team, daily work, automate, and safeguard the work. All with supporting knowledge articles and answers to the questions you might have. Written as performance support for the moment of need rather than as a manual to read front to back. Plain, portable markdown; the design comes from conventions in the writing.

Berd Coach
My own user docs for working with AI agents in Berd. Task guides across six phases: set up, shape, cast, work, automate, and safeguard. All with supporting knowledge articles and answers to common questions. Built so the help is two clicks from the work, when you need it. To create this, my agents in Berd and Claude used my agent skills to analyse the GitHub repos, perform task analysis, extraction etc., and then created the content in MkDocs.
