Safeguard the work
This section is about keeping the workspace defensible: where the data lives, what may be said in agent-present spaces, how the community is moderated, what survives losing the relay, and how humans stay in control of agent work. Several of these pages are "your team decides" pages — they give you the established facts and the decision points, but the policy itself is one your team or organization has to set, record, and revisit; no documentation can make those judgements for you.
-
6.1Decide your data residency and hosting model6 decisions
Your team decides: classify the material, apply the hosting rule that follows, and record why the data sits where it does.
-
6.2Handle sensitive data where agents are present4 decisions
Your team decides: who can read a Buzz space, where your confidentiality line sits, and what happens when material crosses it.
-
6.3Moderate the community3 decisions
Your team decides: the standards, the responses and the records — on top of Buzz's human-judgement moderation machinery.
-
6.4Back up and export the workspace5 steps
Identity backup is solved; workspace export is not. Establish what your relay actually backs up and know your recovery position.
-
6.5Run a project with agent oversight levels6 decisions
Your team decides: assign each kind of task an oversight level — automate, review afterwards, approve before, or keep human-only — and enforce it by convention until the tool can.
