Set up the workspace
With the app running and your identity backed up, the next step is shaping the workspace itself: channels for each project, the right people (and only the right people) inside them, and the shared canvas that keeps everyone — humans and agents — anchored to the same facts. Membership is the only content gate in Buzz, so who you add, and how, matters more here than in tools with layered permissions.
-
2.1Create a project channel and add members5 steps
Decide what the channel is for, choose stream or forum and open or private, then add people and agents deliberately.
-
2.2Give an external stakeholder scoped guest access5 steps
A decide-with-your-team page: what is known about guest access, and the decisions to make before letting an outsider in.
-
2.3Maintain the channel canvas5 steps
Use the one shared document per channel as the living project record — seeded with scope, kept current, pruned deliberately.
-
2.4Share and discuss media4 steps
Upload files, comment on videos at a specific frame, and check what belongs in an agent-readable channel before it goes up.
